Change what doesn’t fit.
Swap Thursday for something quicker, move a meal to another night, or paste a recipe link you already like. The plan lives in its own tab, day by day.
Shop once.
Build the list from the whole week. Nomi sorts every ingredient into its store section and can skip the pantry staples you always have.
